1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

  • Faulty Products: Refunds or replacements are offered if items arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.
  • Non-Faulty Returns: Returns for non-faulty items are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
    • You must cover return shipping costs.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not personalized/customized.

2. Cancellation Before Production

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as production begins.

3. Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact us at contact@apexthrove.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship Back: Return the item to our facility at your expense.
  4. Refund: A 100% refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customized/personalized items (unless faulty).
  • Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
