At Apex Throve, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following details about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
1. Order Processing & Production
- Made-to-Order Items: All products are custom-made after your order is placed. Production begins 24 hours after purchase to allow time for cancellations or modifications.
- Processing Time: Orders take 1–4 business days to produce, depending on design complexity and order volume.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days.
- USA, Canada, Australia: 5–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 6–12 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
3. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided link or number.
4. Shipping Costs
- Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed clearly on product pages or during checkout.
5. International Orders
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the order total.
- Shipping Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, email us at contact@apexthrove.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
- Damaged Items: Notify us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item promptly.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins.
- Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to update your shipping address. Changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Faulty/Damaged Items: See our Return & Refund Policy for replacements or refunds.
- Non-Faulty Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for non-faulty items are restricted. Exceptions may apply with a 50% refund and return shipping at the customer’s expense.
